Our Story

Chinchilla's Eats On The Streets is a family owned business founded by single father and his daughter. “I built the business from ground up so my daughter and I could spend time together while creating a career that would allow us to serve food we loved and be able bond together. Flavors from California to Texas bringing fresh and fun food with huge portions to spread love! Six years later we are one of the top food trucks in Jacksonville! We have traveled from Miami all the way to North Carolina for the largest festivals in the United States. I am proud to say this business still has the most of the same staff since we started.
